Resolaxin contains chamomile, lemon balm, and passion flower, which are traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a sleep aid (in cases of restlessness or insomnia due to mental stress) and/or as a calmative to temporarily promote relaxation. Resolaxin also contains chamomile and lemon balm, which are traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve digestive disturbances, such as dyspepsia.

Ascorbyl palmitate, L-leucine, silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (capsule).
Suggested Use
Adults – Take 2 capsules 2–3 times daily, or as needed for a calming effect. Take 2–3 capsules 1/2 to 1 hour before sleep as needed for relaxation and better sleep. Take 1–2 capsules with each meal for dyspepsia, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Caution
Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks, or if other symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consumption with alcohol, other medications, or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness. Use caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle, or engaging in activities requiring mental alertness. Hypersensitivity is known to occur; if so, discontinue use.
