Vitamin D and stroke
Vitamin D has been show to help promoting healthy bones, reducing symptoms of depression, boosting immune system. More and more studies show the link between vitamin D and chronic diseases like cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, asthma and more. Low level has been associated with neurovascular injury.
